Hill Residence

This addition to a center hall colonial style home constructed in the 1980’s was designed as a man’s room… complete with a built-in wet bar with seating, glass shelves and a view, billiard room, entertainment room and outdoor grilling and seating area

A manly Room…

The new wing to this 4,500 sf home on about 2 acres of land in Moorestown was designed to match the original house and includes matching siding and roofing systems.   You enter the new addition from the study, and down a few steps to a stained wood bar, complete with wall mounted television, glass shelves and built in cabinets.

From there you enter the Billiard room through arched openings to this cathedral ceiling room with exposed stained trusses.

To the front is a bay window and to the rear is the covered veranda complete with grilling, cooking and seating areas.  Beyond is the entertainment room, with stained walnut paneled walls, leather club furniture, a wood burning fireplace and french doors to another veranda.

The addition was constructed by Hartman and Shiffer Builders of Moorestown and Interiors by Diane Burgoyne Interiors of Moorestown.
