Under Construction
The magazine is out!! You have got to get a copy of the April/May Issue of Design NJ, we are again featured with the cover and a full spread on our Tavistock home. This beautiful house was one of our largest remodel projects completed in 2010. The home was featured with many photographs of this beautiful home. But that is not all, we are pleased to announce that we will again grace the pages of Design NJ in the fall or winter of 2012 with another Haddonfield Home. We don't want to spoil the fun, so we won't tell you which one yet!
We have loads of houses under construction this spring 2012. In Haddonfield, our Chews Landing and Oak Avenue large country french, stone and stucco home with simulated slate roofline is well under way. We have new homes on Mountwell Avenue, Ardmore Avenue and Farwood Road that are 90% complete. Our Pomona colonial home is framed and will have the new brick starting in two weeks. And what is that tear down also on Pomona? Another new home will start soon! We have new construction under way on Cottage Avenue and remodel projects on Station Avenue, Jefferson Avenue, and another on Bellevue. Check out the new apartments at the Convent now known as Academy House on Kings Highway. These four 2,500 - 3,000 sf three bedroom and three bath apartments are spacious and bright. Each includes a fireplace, 2 or 3 bathrooms and on site parking. These are available now for rent.
In Cherry Hill, we have a beautiful new traditional home well under way in the Hunt track on Munn Lane. This home will have a wonderful wooded view from the kitchen/Great Room and breakfast Room that will be outstanding. Look out for the Deer... On Partiridge Lane, we have just sided a traditional home with a large expansion, that fits well in the neighborhood.
The ZIelinski House in Moorestown has added an amazing pool with stone pool house and changing room/toilet rooms that evoke old Italy, Our Golf View addition and kitchen remodel is nearly complete. Phase 2 will be coming soon....
We have proposals out for several large projects that, well, we may be talking about down the road. Stay tuned!

On The Boards
We have truly seen the beginnings of a real comeback in the residential construction industry. 2012 has started off much stronger than any of the past four years! We are starting about one new project per week.
We are currently working on both new construction and remodel projects in Haddonfield, Moorestown, Cherry Hill and throughout South Jersey. Our residential work is booming! We are working with homeowners individually as well as several residential builders who have selected us to design their spec homes. Some of these projects are new construction and some are remodel and expansion projects. There is a lot of activity with developers right now in Haddonfield and we are working on 4-5 new spec home projects or remodel expansion projects that will come on the market in the summer/fall for sale. We have also seen a real expansion in our homeowner remodel market. We currently have expansion and remodel projects id design stages in Collingswood, Haddon Township, Heights, Haddonfield, Cherry Hill and Moorestown. These projects are anything from a new front porch to two story kitchen/family room additions and gut rehabs. Interest rates are still low and contractors are still hungry so homeowners are starting to remodel their homes again. Of course, kitchens, family rooms and master bedrooms are the most popular projects. We have a an interesting remodel and expansion in Collingswood that will include an inlaw suite and garage. We are starting on a new home in Haddonfield that will have more garages than bedrooms! There is always something new coming along!
Our Moorestown restaurant is in the bidding stage, and we are looking to start construction in April on the expansion to Passeriello's Restaurant and Italian Eatery.
