On The Boards
We have exciting news! For the second year in a row, we are featured in Design NJ magazine with once of our projects. Last year, the April/May issue included the Davis Residence in Haddon Heights. This year, the April/May issue will include the Bantivoglio Residence in Barrington NJ, a new project we completed in 2006!
We are currently working on many new projects in Haddonfield, Moorestown, Cherry Hill and throughout South Jersey! We have two projects in line at the Haddonfield zoning board and one in Mickelton. We are designing a new home in Mullica Hill on 10 acres that will be part of a small vineyard! Two additional homes are in the drawings stage in Haddonfield. Our Cherry Hill project includes a complete remodel and expansion of a home in one of the developments, another in Moorestown's older neighborhood. We have several in Haddonfield on Hickory, Evans, Washington, Trueman, Lane of Acres, Merion and Maple Avenues. We have started on restoring the large victorian on Washington Avenue including a major expansion. We have completed a feasiblility study for restoration and upgrades to the Haddonfield Masonic Lodge #15 on Kings Highway and are awaiting for further input from the Grand Master.
We have a great new house on the boards in Mickleton, facelifts in Collingswood, Cherry Hill and a Pool House in Moorestown.
We are working on other fine projects in Cinnaminson, Palmyra, Cherry Hill and even Philadelphia. Stay tuned for more information there!
Under Construction
We have a lot of great new projects under construction!. At Tavistock, an amazing Tudor addition to the 1930's stone and stucco home is just about complete and ready for the homeowners to again, occupy.
In Haddonfield, our large georgian colonial on Winding Way is being framed. This house is super "green" with geothermal HVAC, spray foam super insulation, high efficiency equipment and exceeds energy star requirements. Our Summit and Farragut Avenue houses are ready for occupancy. We have major remodel projects underway on Hickory, and our second victorian expansion and restoration project on Washington. Eight other Haddonfield projects are in construction now.
In Moorestown, the large craftsman home on a 6 acre track on East Oak Avenue, new cape on Bridgeboro Road are now both complete. We are in framing a large addition on Broadacres Court and working on others in town. We have projects under way in West Berlin, Haddon Heights and Cherry Hill.
As of January 2010, Two new custom houses are underway in Haddonfield; A new contemporary home on Merion Avenue adjacent to Birdwood Estate. and a larger traditional home at the end of Maple Avenue adjacent to the dinosaur Site. These homes should be ready for construction in the fall of 2010.
