Under Construction
We have loads of houses under construction this fall 2011. In Haddonfield, our newest start is on Chews Landing and Oak Avenues, a large country french stone and stucco home with simulated slate roofline will be the talk of the town. The basement is going in and we are starting on the framing in a few weeks. We have a large remodel on Washington Avenue and Upland Way under construction now. This house is already sold with the new owners selecting windows and finishes. We have a really cool oversized porch on Upland Way with a "crows nest" and electric roll up screens to keep ou the bugs. What a great idea! Our "Tuscany on the Cooper" is complete on Merion Avenue, look for photos by Christmas. Our porch front new construction on Washington Avenue should be complete and moved into by Thanksgiving.
Our large georgian colonial on Winding Way is now complete and is one of the most amazing house we have done to date. See Winding Way photos on the Web. We have another new brick Jeffersonian going up on Pennbrook Drive and will soon have one on Mountwell. These new homes are great and will be added to my photo list. Another extensive remodel with second floor is going up on Farwood Drive as well. Our Mickleton project has begun construction, and is taking shape, and our South Harrison farm has been completed.

The ZIelinski House in Moorestown has added an amazing pool with stone pool house and changing room/toilet rooms that evoke old Italy, can't wait to see the photos of that one as well.
We have proposals for several large projects that, well, we may be talking about down the road. Stay tuned!

On The Boards
2011 has had a strong start. We have many new projects this year.... About one each week!
We are currently working on both new and remodels projects in Haddonfield, Moorestown, Cherry Hill and throughout South Jersey! We have a new home currently in the design stages on a large property in Cherry HIll, and several in Haddonfield. In the Hunt track, we are working on a new home that backs to the preserve, a beautiful spot to build the family home. We have new houses on tbhe boards in Haddonfield on Mountwell Avenue, and Land of Acres. We have a an interesting remodel and expansion in Collingswood that will include an inlaw suite and garage. We have an attractive two story addition on Jefferson that is awaiting zoning approvals. We even have a project in New Hope Pennsylvania that is waiting for permits. These projects are in addition to the numerous remodel and additions all around South Jersey.
Our Moorestown restaurant has received approvals and we are working on the drawings for Passeriello's expansion. We continue working with the Masons on the Temple in Haddonfield on Kings Highway.
